Establishing New Habits

Summer is winding down, and the official start to Autumn is just days away. With shorter days and busier schedules it is sometimes harder to make our a health a priority. Here are two quick tips to do so!

  • remember that you, and only you, are in control of your schedule. Make yourself a priority, make your health a priority. Don’t let your schedule control you!
  • try something new! It is much easier to stick to healthy routine if it is something new and exciting. It can be big or small. Just pick a new activity or commit to a new routine that stops you from hitting that snooze button and diving back under the covers

So start now! Schedule in time for you and your health. Develop healthy habits now that will keep you rooted as days get shorter and our lives get busier!

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
