So here we are. The start of a new year. The start of a new decade! Many of us have felt inspired in the past week to write down our “New Year’s Resolutions”. To set lofty goals and visions for ourselves as we enter 2020.
This is is all great however it is important we also step back and consider the small steps that will set us on this path. We challenge you this week to pick one small change, create one new habit. Keep it simple and commit to making it happen. It may surprise you how powerful that one habit can become. Those daily habits will become the roots and foundation you need to move forward towards your visions and goals for the new decade!
