Welcome to our five day Total Body Challenge!
We are committing to one week of strengthening, power, agility and balance! As we strengthen our bodies, we are also committing to creating a clear mind. To do this we will begin each day by setting our intentions. We will end our day by reflecting on what we learned as well as taking a moment to practice gratitude and identify three things that we are grateful for.
These actions are so much more powerful when we take the time to say them aloud! Before beginning this week long challenge open a journal, write down a vision and be ready to record this journey towards a stronger body and a healthier mind.
