Deborah Andrews

Deborah Andrews received her Bachelors in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, Boston, MA in 1999 and is licensed in the state of CT.  Over the course of her career she has became certified in personal training with the NSCA, received her Health Coach cerification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has a deep desire to work with an individual as a whole.  Her continuing education is built around core stabilization, joint replacement rehab, shoulder rehabilitation and building proper posture and body mechanics.  Deborah has worked with preteens to near centurions.  Deborah also teaches a community, “come as you are” Bootcamp Class in Washington Depot, CT for over 16 years.  Her philosophy is if someone is willing to seek, learn,  fail fast to succeed, anything is possible!

Lauren Werkhoven

Lauren received her masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 2002. Over the course of her career she has pursued continuing education in Pilates, athletic injuries of the knee and shoulder and core stabilization programs. She has undergone training in the McKenzie method of spine rehabilitation and Cyriax training.  She has a passion for health and fitness and  is currently pursuing a certification in strength and conditioning from the NSCA.  Lauren has worked with patients and clients of all ages including children, athletes and seniors.  She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including outpatient orthopedics, home care and school based pediatric therapy.  She has also worked as a one on one personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
